Typically, users select a server using the HELP > CUSTOM HELP SETUP menu option. However, you can assign a server to a user and then disable end user selection using the Locking option. The locking mechanism prevents users from selecting their own servers. You may want to lock the server selection in order to ensure proper server assignment. In addition, you may want to block certain users in a geographical area from accessing help in a global instance and impacting limited bandwidth.
Refer to Locking the Help Server Selection for more information on the Locking option. Refer to Resetting /RWD/ZCH Pid Values for more information on assigning a server to a group of end users.
