Setting Up Alerts And Notifications – uPerform On-Premise Manuals

Perform one of the following options:

If You Want To	Then
Set up Standard Alerts and Notifications	Verify that Basis has installed the RWD include modules in the Function Navigate_Execute_Object_Help function module and refer to Figure 1. For more information, refer to “Customizing the FUNCTION NAVIGATION_EXECUTE_OBJECT_HELP Function."
Set up logon alerts only	Verify that Basis Staff has added the /RWD/ include statement in the SUSR0001 user exist and refer to Figure 2. For more information, refer to “Customizing the EXIT_SAPLSUSF_001 Function Module."

Verify that the desired option, Logon Alerts, Standards Alerts, and/or Notifications has been selected.
If using alerts for specific servers or Auto Notifications, check that the servers for the Alerts and Notes are activated.
Logon Alerts, Standard Alerts, and Auto Notifications can be created and distributed based upon the logon language of the user. If a language option is not specified, the default language is EN (English).
Build the content.
Build the alert or the note.
