If you wish to control delivery of context-sensitive help based on language, you must assign a language to each server. Users may choose their preferred language, or use the default language specified during logon. Finally, the language monitoring option must be activated for the matching process (user language with server language) to begin.
If a user selects a language for which no server exists that corresponds to the selected language, they will not have any help servers from which to access content.
Prior to assigning a language to servers and activating the language monitoring option, you should:
- Determine which servers and languages will be used
- Review the language settings of the users
