The following procedures will guide you through the steps necessary for setting up and deleting help servers.
Creating a uPerform Help Server
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Server Setup.
- Complete the following field:

If your URL path for the fields below is greater than 132 characters, click >132. The resulting dialog window allows you to enter a path in excess of 132 characters. In addition, you can check the path length in this dialog.

If you are using the Visual Basic application, enter the network or local location of the Visual Basic application

This field is not required if you are using the ActiveX control. ANCILE recommends using the Help Connections profile available with uPerform to provide stay-on-top functionality for uPerform version 4.1 and later. For more information, refer to the Setting Up Context-Sensitive Help section in the Managing Content manual. Use of mapped drive designations is not recommended. Be aware that the use of forward (/) versus backward (\) slashes is dependent on the operating system of the server.

The URL address to where the fp_upload.tst file will be uploaded. Enter http://[servername]/gm/

- Optionally, click the checkbox to the right of (use as default) to designate this server as the default server for new users accessing help for the first time.

You must also select Activate Default Server Setting on the main help setup page.

- Click the launch tab.
- Complete the following field:

If you are using the Visual Basic application, select the Executable radio button, and enter rwdhlp.exe in the field to the right.

- Click the uPerform tab.
- Enter transaction_code in the Property Name field.
- Under URL Options, select the desired option to the right of SAP Information.

Optionally, if you have transactions with multiple screens using the same tcode (for example, PA40), you can send additional screen information to the uPerform server for these transactions.

- Obtain the following information for the transaction: Transaction Code, Program Name, and Program Number, refer to Working with Server Functions for information on using a Help Launchpad server type to obtain this information for the current transaction.
- Click to the right of Display Complex Transactions, and enter the transaction code, program name, program number, and server.
- Click Record.
- Click.

Deleting a Server
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Server Setup.
- Optionally, toggle the button below Work with individual servers to display uPerform.
- Click .
- Select the name of the desired server.
- Click.
- Click Delete Server.
- Clickto delete the server.
- Click.
