Help Launchpad supports five methods of calling help content. The methods vary in terms of their ability to support stay-on-top functionality.
Stay-on-top functionality is the ability to ensure that a specific application window (for example, the browser window that displays custom help) will not 'go behind' another window, regardless of its status (i.e., active or inactive) or the operating system focus. Stay-on-top allows an end user to view the SAP application window and the browser help window at the same time.
We recommend using the Context-Sensitive Help Connections profile available with ANCILE uPerform to provide stay-on-top functionality for uPerform versions 4.1 and later. For more information on how to set up the Context-Sensitive Help Connections profile refer to the Setting Up Context-Sensitive Help section of the Managing Content user manual.
