Identifying the Transport Number and Viewing System Information
This procedure is for reviewing the transport number and system information only. Making changes to this information can result in error.
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Release Settings.
- Review the following fields:

Setting Function Module Levels
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Release Settings.
- Click the Function Settings tab.

NOTE: Use this option only if the standard “browser (not controlled)” launch does not work for the Apple/Mac devices. Refer to for more information.

Specify the HTTP GET module used when batch uploading HTTP-formatted files
|
Click Standard to use the SAP HTTP_Get module, or click RWD function module to use the function module created by ANCILE.
If you encounter errors using the SAP-supplied module, select the ANCILE-supplied module and attempt the batch upload again.

- Click Save Settings.
Using the Logging Options
To troubleshoot issues with Help Launchpad, ANCILE support may request that you specify and execute logging options. When requested to execute logging options, perform the following steps.
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Release Settings.
- Click the Logging tab.
- Review the following fields:

Select Single to create a log for a single user, and enter the username.

Select No Logging to disable logging.

Enter the location where you want to store logs, and specify the days.
NOTE: The unique value (Y_RWD_ZCSH) is automatically created during the installation of ANCILE Help Launchpad using transports. This value is not created if Help Launchpad is installed using the SAINT method. If installing using the SAINT method, you must create the Y_RWD_ZCSH value or create your own unique Y or Z name.
Select the type of log(s) you want to create: help, alert, logon, or note.

RWD Clip URL
|
Records the URL before it is launched and places the URL into the clipboard.

- Optionally, click View to view the log file(s).

Copying Standard Message and Utility Texts for Subsequent Translation
To make a copy of the delivered English message text (to make this English text available for viewing by users using a non-English SAP GUI) or to translate interface utility texts to another language, perform the following steps. Note that this functionality does not automatically translate the utility text; you must manually translate the utility text to the desired language after copying.
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Release Settings.
- Click Utility Texts.
- Perform one or more of the following:

- Select the language to which the text should be copied.

Download all of the English /n/RWD/ZF0 utility texts in preparation for translation
|
- Enter multiple programs in the field to the right of Select utility, or select a specific text from the drop-down list.
- Specify a location in the field to the right of the Download button.
- Click Download.

Upload all of the translated /n/RWD/ZF0 utility texts
|
- Enter multiple programs in the field to the right of Select utility, or select a specific text from the drop-down list.
- Specify a location in the field to the right of the Upload button.
- Click Upload.

Checking for Obsolete Records in Tables
To identify obsolete records (for example, records containing deleted help servers, expired records, and inaccessible records created as a result of an incorrect deletion), perform the following steps.
- Start the transaction using the transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Release Settings.
- Click Check obsolete records.
- Perform one or more of the following:
