Help Request reports display context-sensitive help requests received in the past three months. An administrator can adjust the time range to display a shorter or longer date range.
- Click Reports on the left menu of the Server workplace.
- Click Help Request Report.
- Click Save Report As under Actions on the left menu.
- Edit the Report Name and Description, as needed.
- Click Next.
- Review the selected columns.
- Click Next.
- In the Add Filter Condition window, select Request Date from the Field Name drop-down menu.
- Select After from the Condition drop-down menu.
- Select a date from the calendar.
- Click Add.
- Click Delete to remove the three month filter.
- Click Save.
- Click View Report to view the new report.
- Click OK.
