You can view a summary list of both author and website discussions and also drill down to read individual discussion messages. Discussions are displayed in a standard threaded format to indicate the hierarchy of message replies. Administrators can delete messages within a discussion thread.
- Click the Projects button in the Server workspace.
- Click on the project name.
- Click Document Library.
- Navigate to the desired folder.
- Perform one of the following options:

View a folder-level discussion

- Click on the hyperlink of the discussion.
- Go to the next step.

View a document-level author or website discussion
|
- Click on the content name.
- Under Translations, select the translation that contains the discussion you want to view.
- Click Author Discussion or Website Discussion to view all entries.
- Go to the next step.

- Click on the hyperlink of the message you want to read.
- Perform the following option:

Reply to a discussion

- Click Reply to message on the left menu.
- Enter Subject and Content.
- Click Save.

Delete a message in a discussion
|
- Click Remove Messages on the left menu.
- Select the checkbox(es) of the message(s) to delete or, optionally, click Select All.
- Click OK to confirm your selection(s).
- Click OK to delete your selection(s).
