Video publishing allows uPerform document/simulation content to be published into either MP4 or Windows Media Video (WMV) format. Video output allows streaming to end users instead of delivering content via HTML. Video output is similar to simulation auto-playback mode. Step visibility, animations, action rubber bands, mouse cursor movements, notes, and typing actions are contained in the video output. Video output does not include action text on bottom of the display window. From an audio perspective TTS and manual supported audio formats will be included in the video.
MP4 files published on the Server will be displayed using the HTML5 video tag and play within the browser (assuming inline value is set to default).
WMV files published on the server will be launched in a new browser window. Depending on the browser and browser settings, the WMV file will either be opened by the associated media player or downloaded.
